protection of the users in
carrying out his/her daily
work in the healthcare
industries. With the recent
declaration by World Health
Organization (WHO) on the
pandemic of A(H1N1)
influenza on June 11, 2009,
we have to enhance our
efficiency and product
quality to meet the demand
that is growing, besides
that its our responsibility
and roles that we played to
control the spread of the
influenza by ensuring a good
quality glove and to bring a
sense of security to the
healthcare users worldwide.
We export our gloves to more
than 180 countries worldwide
with our gloves production
capacity of 31.5 billion
pieces per year. With our
current global market share
which is at 22 %, this
encouraged us to work harder
and put in more effort
through strategic planning
and distribution of
responsibilities to all
departments in the company.
As such it is important that
we are always ahead in all
areas and calculated steps
are taken to anticipate the
directions, growth and
hurdles of the glove
industry especially in this
globally challenging era.
With the current world
financial situation, we will
have to work harder to
ensure that our stakeholders
are fully rewarded for their
trust, support and
confidence in the company
and its business and growth
direction. To my fellow
colleagues, staff and
workers, this challenging
time is where we recuperate
and solidify our weak
points, strengthen and
consolidate our strong
points to ensure a much
stronger future when we
emerge from these dark
clouds. It is like a
situation whereby we take
this chance to further
improve product quality and
management efficiency to
face future challenges. With
the improvement and
stringent healthcare
standards around the world,
the demand and usage of
gloves in protecting human
is a continuous effort. We
hope that as a glove
manufacturer, we are able to
contribute in this area to
upkeep the standard and
protection of human lives.
The demand for our products
is encouraging especially
for countries that have
raised their healthcare
standards and requirements.
More and more countries are
beginning to realize the
importance of basic
healthcare policies which is
very important to everyone,
what more with the current
healthcare situation
throughout the world.

One of the areas that we

on the 14th June 2009 which
coincide with the 17th
Annual Dinner for Top Glove,
our business associates,
directors, management, staff
and workers witnessed the
official launching of Top
Glove Foundation. It is also
on our agenda to be concern
and caring for the
surroundings and with the
Foundation established, we
have achieved another level
to play a greater and bigger
roles in our Corporate
Social Responsibility to
ensure that the environment,
communities and educational
related funding are well
taken care of.
I would also like to take
