participate in structured Industrial Trainee Training
program. Students will have the opportunity to
experience what is like working with World’s Largest
Rubber Glove Manufacturer. This means students will be
expose to real working environment alongside with our
Top Managers. Top Glove Industrial Trainees are not only
paid, they will also be exposed to various aspects of
good manufacturing practices and corporate culture.
Industrial Trainee will be assessed based on the
perseverance during the training period and if the
trainee good performance and working attitude, he/she
could be offered a full time position at Top Glove when
they graduate.Application Requirement:
Applicant must be pursuing undergraduate course in
higher learning institution, either in Malaysia or
abroad.
Duration of industrial training varies between a minimum
of 3 months and maximum of 6 months.
CGPA 3.0 and above in related discipline from recognized
university.
Active participation in extra-curricular activities.
Able to work independently and/or effectively with
others in a diverse team
Self-motivated and willing to take up challenge
