 The Board of Directors of TOP GLOVE wishes to inform that subsequent to the demise of Mr. Quah Chin Chye on 9 January 2011, Mr. Lim Han Boon has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and as member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 February 2011. 

In view thereof, the composition of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee are as follows:
